For some people, it's the best time of the year, while others struggle to navigate this season. One thing that we can agree on is that this time of year is experienced differently by everyone. No matter how you feel during the holidays, your feelings are valid.

Personally, my feelings towards the holidays have changed over the last few years. With those changing feelings, I have been learning to create space for myself, to acknowledge, accept, and practice self-care as those feelings arise.
As you navigate the holiday season, we want to ensure you feel supported, so we created the 'Surviving the Holidays' Resource Guide to support you as you navigate this season.
In creating the resource, we spoke with friends, family members, and colleagues, who shared their likes and dislikes during the holidays to help us to craft each unique personality with wellness practices to support their well-being during this season.
