You're Invited: 5 Days tO eMOTIONAL fLEXIBILITY
Many of us struggle with emotional health, but not many of us talk about it. Join me from October 3rd – October 7th as we kick off Emotional Wellness Month with our 5 Days to Emotional Flexibility Journaling Experience! Using Instagram Live and other social media platforms, we will host a journaling experience over 5 days to work through each day's unique prompts, share my insights on how my journey with journaling, and share space with each other.
How It’ll Work
We will begin each day at 5 am and then we'll discuss the topic, practice with a guided journal prompt, and of course, we'll save some time to answer questions. If you aren't able to make it, no worries! We'll save the videos so you can watch them on your own time. By the end of the week we hope that you'll gain:

Access to a guided journaling practice
Skills to begin your journaling practice
