Bridging  humanity,

Technology and

mental health

Well Together was founded by Iyana Anderson, LSW, from both a personal story and a professional responsibility: to close the gaps in mental health access and education for underestimated and underserved communities.

My relationship with mental health began early. I grew up navigating grief, depression, and cultural silence within my Antiguan family. We were taught to be strong, but not always given the language to speak about feelings, emotions, or mental health.

Learning to carry heavy emotions without words or support shaped how I understand care. It guided me toward this work. I chose a path in mental health so that others would not have to move through their healing in isolation.

As a licensed social worker with experience across healthcare systems, local nonprofits, and state-level work, I have seen three truths clearly:

  1. People heal when they are heard.

  2. Systems do real harm when they refuse to listen.

  3. The well-being of the individual and the collective are deeply interconnected.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide inclusive mental health services, educational experiences, and digital wellness resources that equip both individuals and communities with the knowledge and practical tools to reactivate holistic wellness, leading to personal harmony and collective well-being.

Our Vision

We envision a future where wellness is accessible, inclusive, and equitable. A culture of care that honors the whole person, body, mind, emotions, and spirit, and recognizes that digital health is an essential part of human health. We design evidence-informed and culturally grounded programs that help:

  • Build digital mental health literacy to understand how technology influences mood, stress, and attention.

  • Use AI and digital tools ethically and intentionally to support mental and emotional well-being.

  • Strengthen digital boundaries and rebuild real human connections to prevent burnout, isolation, and compassion fatigue.
