At Well Together, we offer mental health and wellness programs designed to support youth, young adults, and adults in achieving harmony and wellness in all aspects of their lives. Our programs incorporate a holistic approach to mental health and well-being, with a focus on the 8 dimensions of wellness.

We understand that your organization may be working with young people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, social isolation, identity and self-esteem challenges, substance use, and academic pressure. That's why we offer programs that address these issues and help young people develop a more well-rounded approach to self-care.

Who We Serve

  • We offer programming for high school students that addresses the unique challenges they face, such as academic pressure, social isolation, and identity development.   • We partner with youth nonprofits that serve youth and young adults from underestimated communities to provide programming that promotes mental health and wellness. Our programs are designed to be culturally responsive and to address the unique challenges faced by these communities, such as trauma, social isolation, and lack of access to resources.

Our interactive workshops are designed to be engaging and enriching, incorporating holistic mental health education and journaling writing and other elements such as icebreakers, assessments, music, discussions, guided journal writing with thought-provoking prompts, group activities, and more.
