First and foremost, I want to let you know that you are doing such an amazing job! Today is Day 3 of the Stress Management Challenge and we're discussing signs and symptoms of stress. 

We all know that stress impacts everyone differently, therefore, the way stress shows up for one person, might not be the same for another person. But one thing that we have in common is our ability to become aware of the signs and symptoms of stress and proactively take action to prevent further impacts that will inhibit us from showing up fully!

Today, I CHALLENGE YOU to take 5 minutes to list your signs and symptoms of stress (physically, mentally, emotionally, behaviorally, spiritually). Have you noticed any of these signs and symptoms lately? Now, consider how you will respond once you recognize those signs and symptoms.
